Our client is a modern, MSK-focused private practice with a friendly team of 8 Physiotherapists. You’ll work predominantly at their beautiful Box Hill clinic with 1 day across nearby partner sites. The caseload is mostly private referrals, with potential for above market earnings with a generous commission structure. What you’ll do Manage a varied musculoskeletal and sporting caseload from assessment through to return-to-function. Lead exercise and strengthening programs (clinic, gym and Pilates integration). Drive patient retention and outcomes via evidence-based planning and review. Contribute to team learning through case studies, peer review and PD sessions.
